Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support our retail environments in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

Training is provided to build hands-on skills and product knowledge. Applicants must be local, 18+, with a valid driver’s license and basic PC/electronic skills.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the geographic area and authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• PC and basic electronic skills with hardware/OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
