Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Wilmington, NC seeks a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory. You will respond to customer calls, triage issues, and perform preventive maintenance under trained supervision.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
• Travel within territory for field service activities.
