Job summary

NCR Voyix seeks a Field Service Technician I to join our field services team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, and service calls for our electromechanical checkout and related systems, ensuring rapid response and quality service for top retail clients.

Ideal candidates are local, 18+, with a valid driver's license and basic electronics familiarity. Training is provided to grow technical and customer-service skills across diverse teams and shifts.

Qualifications

Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
Authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
