Job summary

NCR Voyix in Florence, SC seeks a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for our retail customers. You will quickly diagnose issues, perform service calls, and help keep systems running smoothly across assigned locations.

The role offers hourly pay from $17.00 to $19.00, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including 7 paid holidays, 6 floating holidays, vacation, 401K, a company vehicle, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
