Job summary

Cleanslate is hiring a field service technician to diagnose and repair commercial dish machines, electric hot water boosters, and washers at customer sites throughout the Tri-State area in Weehawken, NJ. You will work closely with Territory Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure quick resolution of issues.

Responsibilities include parts identification, CSR report reviews, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel and overtime are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of field experience or strong aptitude for electrical service and repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in a fast-paced work environment.
• Professionalism when interacting with customers and team members.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Proficient with hand tools, electrical meters, and power tools.
• Plumbing experience for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial dish machines, electric hot water boosters, and washers.
• Work with Territory Managers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify and order correct repair parts quickly.
• Prepare and review CSR reports with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through high-quality service.
• Assist with installation of new equipment at customer sites.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions.
• Travel within the Tri-State area, with possible overnight trips.
• Overtime opportunities with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.
