Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose and repair washers, dryers, and related equipment at customer sites within the assigned region. This role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, safety, and reliable service.

You will work Monday to Friday 7am–4pm, travel as needed, maintain service records, and support preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, enjoys fieldwork, and can communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, and related appliances at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Interact with customers professionally and provide clear repair guidance.
• Maintain service reports and update internal records.
• Monitor inventory of parts and tools, ordering as needed.
