Job summary

Auto-Chlor System of New York City, Inc. is seeking a dynamic field technician who blends hands-on service and mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales in a steady full-time role in New York.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repair on commercial dishwashing machines, manage product delivery and inventory, handle invoicing and upselling, build lasting customer relationships, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
• Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
• Valid driver’s license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
