Cleanslate is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair commercial dish machines, water boosters, and washers at customer sites across the Tri-State area. You will work with Territory Managers to ensure top-notch customer service and rapid resolution of issues.

You will manage parts ordering, document service calls with CSR, and build strong customer relationships while traveling to client sites and enjoying overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, meters, and power tools for on-site repairs.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with commercial dish machines, electric hot water boosters, and washers at client sites.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.
• Identify and order the correct repair parts promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and review a detailed CSR with the customer after each service visit.
