Job summary

EcoFlow is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our remote, full-time team. You will provide advanced technical support for DC/AC BESS, travel to customer sites for inspections and repairs, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction across a designated territory.

You will collaborate with R&D to refine troubleshooting and help develop new procedures, mentoring Tier 1 staff and supporting onboarding, while leveraging MS Office for reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Strong troubleshooting of DC and AC coupled systems.
• Certification in FranklinWH, Enphase, or Tesla preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC codebook standards and their applications.
• Ability to develop and implement new procedures to optimize team performance.
• Proficiency in safety procedures and protocols.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to DC and AC coupled BESS.
• Travel within the designated territory to conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high safety and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to refine troubleshooting techniques and enhance system performance.
• Develop and implement new procedures to streamline workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and installers, providing clear updates and technical guidance.
• Mentor Tier 1 support staff and contribute to onboarding and training programs.
• Utilize MS Office tools for reporting and data analysis.
