Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain BESS systems on customer sites, remotely or onsite. You will analyze performance, write reports, and train customers while supporting warranty issues.

The role requires experience in electrical/electronics and power electronics, with field service expertise and a commitment to safety and high‑voltage work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or vocational college in electrical/renewable energy preferred.
• 3+ years field experience in Electrical/Electronics/Power electronics or related.
• NFPA70E or similar electrical safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze BESS and third‑party systems in the field or remotely.
• Lead and support field service engineers and contractors as site lead when needed.
• Write reports, train customers, and address warranty/non‑warranty issues.
• Ensure safety and operational protocol compliance during all activities.
