As a Field Service Technician, you should be a self-starter who delivers the desired customer service experience to our customers in the field while completing tasks such as installation of equipment, audits of equipment, and troubleshooting system issues.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits to customer facilities.
2. Manage onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing requirements.
3. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
4. Connect to PLCs and navigate programming code.
5. Troubleshoot wiring, check I/O, tach conveyors.
6. Implement interface connections between PLCs.
7. Correct PLC, HMI, and Servo codes as needed or directed by Controls Engineer.
8. Generate changes as needed in HMI programs.
