Field Service Technician - 90% Travel Required

Join us as a Field Service Technician - 90% Travel Required at FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our industry-leading laser marking equipment at customer sites across North America, including the US, Mexico, and Canada. You will ensure smooth operation of our products and foster strong customer relationships while traveling extensively.

The position is remote, preferably based on the East Coast, with travel comprising approximately 90% of your time. You will work closely with the Field Service Manager and be part of a global team dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain laser marking equipment at customer locations.
• Provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
• Travel extensively (about 90%) across the US, with occasional trips to Mexico and Canada.
• Receive ongoing technical training remotely and at customer sites.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in field service or a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Hardware/Software.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment.
