Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures of electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial vehicles, and turf vehicles in the field.
2. Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set-ups to provide continuity of service and maintenance of accounts.
3. Proactively manage service schedule and communicate changes with customers to maintain peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Produce accurate, reliable, and timely information for work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, timesheets, and paperwork.
5. Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to relevant parties including the service manager, technical representative, or sales professional.
6. Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment, including inventory, tools, and company vehicle or trailer.
7. Train new employees to ensure they are well-equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
8. Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification/diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of mechanical experience; previous experience servicing golf cars preferred.
• Ability to pass E-Z-GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.
