Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial vehicles, and turf vehicles in the field.
2. Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set-ups to ensure service continuity and account maintenance.
3. Manage service schedules proactively and communicate with customers to maintain efficiency and satisfaction.
4. Accurately complete work orders, parts orders, and reports, including timesheets and paperwork.
5. Communicate customer feedback and sales leads to relevant parties, including the service manager and sales team.
6. Manage and maintain all assigned equipment, including inventory, tools, vehicles, or trailers.
7. Train new employees to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
8. Operate company vehicles in compliance with all laws.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification/diploma preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of mechanical experience; prior experience servicing golf cars preferred.
• Ability to pass E-Z-GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.
