Job summary

Motorola Solutions is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide technical support for mission-critical digital mobile communication systems. This remote role requires 24/7 on-call support and frequent travel throughout MN and surrounding states.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience with P25 Systems and communication technologies. This position offers a competitive salary range and various employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, or related fields.
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for specialized systems.
• Maintain, optimize, and document complex communication systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams.

Skills

Experience with P25 Systems

Knowledge of wired/wireless communication systems

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

Strong self-management skills

Ability to develop and present technical training
