DSC Dredge, LLC is seeking a Product Support Technician in Reserve, LA. This full-time role provides hands-on installation, repair, and preventive maintenance for DSC dredging equipment in the field, under supervision.

You will read schematics, work outdoors with heavy machinery, and travel domestically as needed. The position offers a clear career path toward senior field roles with comprehensive benefits and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade certificate is a plus.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and manuals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically 100%.
• Comfortable outdoors with heavy machinery in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn DSC products.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair dredging equipment on site with supervision.
• Troubleshoot standard electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and checklists.
• Assist with installation, startup and commissioning at customer sites.
• Complete field service reports and compliance documentation.
• Escalate non-routine issues to a Product Support Specialist or Engineering.
