Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred with two years experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Broad knowledge of installation, troubleshooting and repair techniques on heavy equipment.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical assemblies, and low voltage electrical switches/actuators and computers.

Responsibilities

• Install, start-up, train and service dredges worldwide.
• Perform on-site work at customer sites and provide technical support by phone or email.
• Troubleshoot and remedy equipment operational problems.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and partners; travel domestically and internationally (50-75%).
• Maintain equipment records and prepare related reports as necessary.
