Job summary

Mark Andy Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to provide on-site service for flexographic, offset, and digital printing equipment. Install, maintain, and repair systems, train customers, and support upgrades while ensuring top performance.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical and/or electrical repair background, experience with industrial equipment, and willingness to travel across the United States and Canada, with opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with trade/technical training.
• 2+ years servicing Mark Andy products or similar industrial equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret pneumatic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software and hardware issues.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend upgrades or service contracts.
• Train customers on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
