Job summary

Mark Andy Inc. is seeking a Full Time Digital Service Technician based in Chesterfield, MO to install, commission, and train customers on our presses. This role focuses on maximizing press uptime through preventive maintenance, hands-on repairs, and remote diagnostics.

You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, and printing issues and collaborate with engineering to improve performance. Expect weekly US/Canada travel with potential international trips.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and trade school or electrical/mechanical training preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, servo motors, drives, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate Mark Andy equipment at customer sites.
• Support relocation, deinstallation, reinstallation, and production validation.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, software, hardware, and printing issues.
• Troubleshoot onsite and remote to minimize downtime and service costs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend upgrades or service contracts.
• Train customers in safe operation and maintenance practices.
• Document service activities, reports, and feedback accurately.
• Travel weekly across the United States and Canada; optional international travel.
