Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to client sites and provide technical support for high-volume printing and mailing systems. This position performs diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment installations at client facilities.

Technicians troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, coordinating with internal support teams to resolve complex problems and ensure service delivery meets contractual and performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems with diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including service software, reporting tools, and mobile devices.
