Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to client sites and provide technical support for high-volume printing and mailing systems. This role performs diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment installations at client facilities.

Technicians will independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure service delivery meets contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems with diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing).
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including service software and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade, and install equipment.
• Independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual and performance standards.
