Job summary

Datamax is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, and document management devices. The role requires electromechanical repair expertise, network troubleshooting, and customer-focused service to maximize uptime.

You will perform PMs, calibrations, firmware updates, and configurations, analyze error codes, and document service activity while working with various brands of MFP devices in a Central

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) with major brands.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMB, SMTP.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, and related devices.
• Perform PM, replace parts, calibrations, firmware updates, and system configurations.
• Analyze service history and error codes to identify root causes.
