Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is seeking a self-motivated individual for a role focused on on-site maintenance and support for business printers. This position requires familiarity with both KM and non-KM printers, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service while managing a local territory.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in technical repairs, strong communication skills, and a robust understanding of networking. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance for KM MFP and printers.
• Travel locally to various customer sites while managing work volume.
• Provide sales support as required, advising sales on account problems.
