Job summary

Aztec is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair printers, copiers, and related equipment at client locations in New Haven, CT. You will work directly with dispatch to manage calls and ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of repair experience on print/copy equipment and hold certifications for Canon, Sharp, Xerox, or other major lines. A valid US driver’s license and strong customer-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing print and copy equipment.
• Existing technician certifications in major A3 copy equipment lines (Canon, Sharp, Xerox, Toshiba, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Ricoh).
• Must be able to drive between client locations daily.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dispatch to open/close calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on printers, copiers, and related equipment.
• Provide clear updates and timelines to clients and dispatch.
• Manage call prioritization within contract guidelines.
• Maintain organized inventory of spare parts in the assigned van.
• Complete manufacturer trainings to earn and maintain certifications.
