Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is hiring a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics and precision repairs of rotating equipment. You will install, align, and overhaul AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and related components, while ensuring equipment meets OEM specs and safety standards.

We value candidates with hands-on experience, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. On-call availability and travel to customer sites are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read precision measurements and technical blueprints.
• Willingness to work on-call, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Install and remove AC/DC motors and coupled equipment; perform laser alignments.
• Conduct mechanical inspections with calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Perform tests using portable equipment to verify system reliability.
