Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform start-up, commissioning, installation, testing, and service for IEM equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot complex electrical systems, install and modify components, and coordinate with project managers and clients in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in switchgear start-up and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and repair of IEM equipment.
• Install and modify electrical components and subassemblies in control panels and power products.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, PMs, and internal teams.
• Document service activities, root cause analyses, and follow-up items.
