Job summary

LG Electronics in Portland, OR is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service major home appliances, TVs and A/C units in customers' homes. You will diagnose, repair, and perform data entry after each job.

The role requires at least 1 year of technical experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and EPA certification/ability to obtain. Travel across the greater Portland area with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Valid driver's license in good standing; EPA certification ability.

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to repair LG equipment.
• Use PPE and diagnostic tools; diagnose, repair, or replace parts.
• Document findings and complete data entry after each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls with required information.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
