Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Service Technician to join Panther/ID Technology, located near Highlands Ranch, CO. You will perform on-site service, installation and training of equipment across the U.S.

and abroad, with 2–5 days per trip and about two trips monthly. Ideal candidates have a minimum 2-year engineering-related degree or 4-year university degree, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and experience with networking, MODBUS TCP/IP, PLCs, drives and motion control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Technologies, related field of study or 4-year degree from an accredited University.
• Optimistic, organized, quick learning and customer focused is a must.
• Experience in networking, MODBUS TCP/IP, industrial PLC controls, implementing drives and motion control systems, and similar skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Service, installation and training of equipment throughout the U.S. and abroad.
• Handle Equipment Assembly.
• Provide Technical Support via email and phone.
• Control Inventory Management.
• Work with PLC (ladder logic) and PC based programming.
• Travel - 2-5 days per trip and approximately 2 trips per month.
