Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Service Technician near Highlands Ranch, CO. You will assemble equipment, provide remote and on-site technical support, and manage basic inventory while engaging with PLCs and electrical wiring.

The role offers cross-training across multiple functions and potential growth within a global packaging leader. You’ll travel 2–5 days per trip, about two trips monthly, supporting customers across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Technologies, or related field
• Four-year degree from an accredited university
• Customer-focused, quick learner in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience in networking, MODBUS TCP/IP, PLC controls, drives and motion systems

Responsibilities

• Handle Equipment Assembly
• Provide Technical Support via email and phone
• Control Inventory Management
• Work with PLC ladder logic and PC-based programming
• Conduct Shop Maintenance
• Work with Electrical wiring
• Provide on-site service, installation and training across the U.S. and abroad
• Travel - 2–5 days per trip, ~2 trips per month
