Job summary

ProMach Panther/ID Technology seeks a Service Technician within an hour of Highlands Ranch, CO to install, service, and train customers on complex packaging equipment across the U.S. and abroad, using hands-on mechanical and electrical skills.

You will travel 2–5 days per trip, about two trips monthly, and collaborate with engineering on PLCs, wiring, and troubleshooting. A 2-year or 4-year degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Technologies or related field.
• Or 4-year degree from an accredited University.

Responsibilities

• Handle equipment service, installation and training at customer sites.
• Provide technical support via email and phone.
• Travel 2–5 days per trip, about 2 trips per month.
