Sealed Air seeks a Field Service Technician to provide technical service for Cryovac packaging materials and equipment. The role includes servicing customer sites, managing a home-office schedule, and supporting sales with timely documentation and project updates.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with packaging, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• Able to use common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and commission packaging equipment.
• Train and support customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation.
• Respond to customer breakdowns and prioritize urgent service needs.
• Manage a regional customer territory independently.
• Build strong customer relationships through site visits.
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Complete service reports and customer documentation accurately and on time.
• Adjust schedules and priorities as customer needs change.
