Job summary

Sealed Air designs packaging solutions and provides technical service to customers, promoting Cryovac materials and equipment systems. You will support sales with timely service reports, installation training, and product updates, while ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.

The role requires traveling overnight up to 30%, having a valid US driver’s license, and applying mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school preferred for hands-on roles.
• Experience servicing Cryovac equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair and maintenance service.
• Assist or supervise installation and training of equipment.
• Inform customers on safety regulations and technical improvements.
• Analyze packaging quality and production problems.
• Advise on preventative maintenance and spare parts.
• Support sales with administrative reports and product opportunities.
