Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience diagnosing electrical/electromechanical faults at customer sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of IPG/Better Packages equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and minor automation issues using tests and docs.
• Provide on-the-job training to customer maintenance teams as needed.
• Schedule and execute PM programs to minimize downtime.
• Follow field service procedures: RMA, work orders, service records.
• Perform software upgrades on WAT units when required.
• Support Senior Technicians on complex jobs and escalations.
• Attend emergency repairs, training, audits.
