Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades, downgrades and service changes.
• Install and relocate outlets, wiring, and equipment.
• Train customers on proper use of equipment and services.
• Troubleshoot and repair from tap to consumer device and ensure signal quality.
