Job summary

IPG is seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing IPG products in Hackensack, NJ. This position involves direct customer interactions, ensuring continuity of operations, and conducting product demonstrations. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. or less and carry tools weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on IPG products.
• Conduct product installations and demonstrations.
• Establish a Preventive Maintenance program.
