Job summary

GLORY Global Solutions, Inc. in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites.

You will diagnose, repair, install and upgrade systems, with travel across the territory and occasional on-call rotation. The position requires strong electro-mechanical skills, PC familiarity, a valid driver's license, and a customer-first mindset to keep clients satisfied and equipment running reliably.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics or electrical engineering studies.
• Certificates in related fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skill.
• PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office; navigation across network sites and email.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customers apprised of progress during maintenance or down system.
• Complete installations, Engineering Change Notices, and hardware/software upgrades needing technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training; report incidents.
