Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment across Biddeford, ME and surrounding areas. You will support installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, driving service quality at customer sites.

The role requires strong electro-mechanical repair skills and a valid driver’s license. The position offers local travel within the territory, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement within Glory

Qualifikationen

Experience in electro-mechanics or electrical/electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate PCB or component-level issues.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
Complete machine installations and relevant software/hardware upgrades.
Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required training.
Travel within territory to customer sites as needed.
