Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover Buffalo, NY. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install systems, and manage parts/tools while maintaining customer communication and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, system upgrades, and continuous travel to customer sites within the territory. A valid driver’s license and strong troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training; report incidents as required.
