TGI Office Automation is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The role involves on-site maintenance and repair of copier and printer equipment, traveling to client sites, and delivering quality service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years copier/mechanical experience preferred, and basic computer/network skills. Excellent time management and customer service are essential.

(Copiers, printers, fax)Performs full range of on-site maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance.Follows proper call handling procedures while maintaining the minimum call per day average.Maintains effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.Managing the clients' expectations and resolutions.Previous experience working with Ricoh and/or Toshiba products preferred.Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by TGI Office Automation.Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Copier/Mechanical: 2 years preferredWorking knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and basic network connectivity, print drivers.Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities.Excellent customer service skills.Driver's License / Vehicle (Required)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (based on experience)Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Life insurance, PTO, and 401(k)Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Location: In the field: Dade County territoryEEO StatementWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
