Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites. You will install systems, perform upgrades, and keep clients informed of progress, while adhering to safety policies and company procedures.

The role requires electro-mechanical focus, PC knowledge, and the ability to travel to various customer sites, with on-site responsibilities and potential on-call scheduling.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering; related work experience acceptable.
Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems.
Install machines and handle Engineering Change Notices affecting upgrades; assist hardware/software upgrades.
Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training; report incidents promptly.
Other duties within scope of position as assigned; not exhaustive.
