Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician for Lake Charles, LA region. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts/tools, and stay updated on GLORY hardware and software changes. You will travel to customer sites within the territory, provide responsive on-site service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes electro-mechanical repair focus with some PC knowledge. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, navigation across networks and email.

Mansioni

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down system.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical help.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training; report any job site incidents.
• Work at customer sites including financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, and retail stores.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and be on-call as needed.
