Job summary

Glory Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites. You will install upgrades, troubleshoot, and keep clients informed throughout service calls from your home territory.

The role requires travel within Marion, Carbondale, and surrounding areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Certificates in mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and repair electronic/mechanical components.
• Keep customers informed on progress during maintenance or outages.
• Install machines and implement hardware/software upgrades requiring technical aid.
• Operate within safety guidelines and complete EH&S training.
• Travel to customer sites and support various locations as needed.
