Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair hardware and software at customer sites across Colorado Springs. You will perform on-site maintenance, configure software, and train customers on system operation.

The role requires 1–2 years of field services experience, good communication, and a valid driver’s license. You will participate in regular trainings and work to meet KPI targets while supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant Field Services experience or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies company fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
• With guidance and/or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
• Configures and installs applicable software.
• Prevents Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
• Implements measures to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
