Job summary

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides maintenance for hardware and software on customer premises.
• Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Inspects products and escalates issues per procedure.
• Schedules services and completes paperwork with customers.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings and KPI measures.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
