Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug, and maintain hardware and software on customer premises in the Denver area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs, and you will train customers on system functionality.

Requirements include 1–2 years of field service experience or equivalent education, plus strong written and verbal communication skills and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges are provided and benefits are included.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and maintains product hardware and software on customer premises.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Configures and installs applicable software and trains customers.
• Schedules services and completes required paperwork.
• Assists with customer satisfaction and KPI achievement.
