Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install hardware/software upgrades, and support customers on-site across assigned territories. You will travel from home to customer sites, manage parts and tools, and stay current with GLORY equipment updates.

The role emphasizes electro-mechanical expertise, PCB/component troubleshooting, and reading schematics, with a focus on safety and autonomous work at customer sites.

Qualifications

Requires ongoing study or completion in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Certificates in mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
Keep customer informed of progress during maintenance or down system situations.
Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in required EH&S training.
Drive to customer sites and work at various locations as needed.
