Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Atlanta, GA market. You will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment across Institutional segments.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2 years service experience, and a valid driver's license; overnight shifts may be required. Travel to surrounding areas is possible, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.

Aufgaben

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience
