Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Institutional team in the Atlanta, GA area. This field-based role delivers service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution to customers across hospitality, foodservice, and education markets.

You will manage equipment, parts, and inventory, complete accurate documentation, and partner with sales and service teams to ensure a superior customer experience while meeting safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment).
• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
