Job summary

Glory Global Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician in Annapolis, Maryland. You will troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, manage parts and tools, and directly support client satisfaction across assigned territories.

You will travel from home to customer sites, work Friday through Monday, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid driver’s license and strong electro-mechanical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with clients.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts/tools.
• Stay abreast of changes in GLORY equipment.
