Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our customer-focused field team in Annapolis, MD. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment at client sites, while keeping customers informed of progress and delivering outstanding service.

You will travel to sites, manage parts and tools, and work in a fast-paced environment with strong electro-mechanical repair skills. A valid driver’s license is required and the role may involve some overtime.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down system situations.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training.
